Designer’s notes
This collection began with a scarab in my palm—and the understanding that some beauty needs no enhancement, only wonder. I wanted to honor nature's perfection, not overshadow it. Each piece is a dialogue: gold embracing fragility, diamonds echoing iridescence, movement keeping the creature alive. These are talismans meant to be worn, felt, and protected—never hidden away.
The scarab carries the weight of myth: renewal, resilience, the eternal cycle of light and shadow. I chose to preserve each specimen intact, letting its original luster speak through the architecture of 18K gold. Every clasp, every articulated wing, every gem setting is a gesture of care—invisible to the casual eye, yet essential to the soul of the jewel. I wanted these pieces to rest on bare skin, to move with the body, to catch light like living things.
Cosmic Guardians is my homage to the natural world—a reminder that we are not owners of beauty, but its temporary custodians. The idea came from the realization that since we cannot imitate it, I turned instead to a new approach—to protect and capture its beauty, and to wear its wonders just as our ancestors adorned themselves with treasures from the wild. Wear them boldly, and guard them tenderly.
