The following Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website. This is a legal document between you (Buyer) and Lito LP. Please read this agreement carefully. By placing an order you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions set in this agreement do not proceed with the purchase.
You may only place an order if you are considered capable of entering into an enforceable contract in the applicable jurisdiction. An order may be placed only by natural persons 18 years or older who are legally eligible to enter into contracts and are not acting in their capacity as representatives of a company, with a physical address (no deliveries are made to PO Boxes) in one of the countries Lito provides deliveries:

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing these Terms shall be incorporated in every offer quotation acceptance and together with the order to which they relate and acceptance of the order by Lito LP constitute the entire agreement between Lito LP and the Buyer. Any conditions proposed by the Buyer which are inconsistent with these terms are hereby excluded and these terms regulate the offer and acceptance of purchase orders.
You may purchase an item either as a registered user after creating an account or as a visitor/guest. If you create an account, you agree to provide only true and accurate information. You further acknowledge that you will control your account and that you are liable for any unlawful act occurred under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer so that others may not access any password protected portion of the Website or other Properties using your name, username, or password in whole or in part.
1. PRODUCT PRICES
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice at any time prior to Lito LP acceptance of the order/the purchase.
You are asked to check the final price of sale before sending the order. The prices include all taxes (including statutory VAT), unless otherwise mentioned at the website, the prices include, also the delivery charge.
All prices on the website are in Euro, unless otherwise stated.
If you are purchasing an item from the US, the final price will be shown when you start the payment process. LITO LP will bear the delivery costs, Greek and US Customs duties and other taxes
Please note that all orders shipped to the United Kingdom, will not be subject to any Customs Fees. Our prices are tax included, so your order will be cleared from customs without any additional cost. You will not have to pay anything to the carrier delivering you parcel.
2. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRODUCTS
The information displayed on the website provided regarding the characteristics and description of the product’s features is accurate. We also make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products including colors. However, taking into consideration that the way the colors are displayed on your screen depend on the technical system that you are using, we cannot guarantee that the colors are properly displayed. Any such variation may not be considered a defect or damage.
The inclusion of any products or services on litofinejewlery.com at a particular time, does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a product display of the colors, accurately reflects the color of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Accordingly, LITO LP, shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of LITO LP products displayed on the website. When placing your order, you will be asked to fill in certain information, such as email, in order to send you an email confirmation and the address where the products will be delivered.
In case the product is not available at the time of the purchase, this unavailability will be indicated on the website. If for any reason, you have placed the order and although the product is mentioned as available but for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received the payment for such order, we will refund the amount using the same method used to make the payment. If for any reason alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you, in order to settle the refund at the email address indicated by you.
Lito LP exercises the utmost diligence in processing orders and will make its best to deliver your order by courier. We will try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. Notwithstanding any extraordinary circumstances and subject to product availability, if no specific timeframe is indicated in the confirmation, we aim to deliver within 1 to 5 working days following confirmation of the order. However, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order without being charged and you will be refunded.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details (methods of delivery etc). Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
Order placed on national holidays or weekends, will be processed on the following working day.
Orders placed during December, may need more time to be dispathed than the indicated time online. The possible delay concers the products that are not already available.
Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
We ship our jewelry fully insured, with DHL both domestic and international.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
You may purchase the product either by credit, debit card and PayPal.
In case the amount is paid via credit card or debit card or online banking or prepaid card: you agree to pay in full the amount for any purchases you make either by credit/debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means.
In order to secure the payments through your credit cards, Lito LP collaborates with certified payment service providers operating according to the provisions of the relevant legislation.
In order for the payment to be accomplished, you are directed to a secure page of the collaborating payment service provider. There you register your card details, ie. the full name of the owner of the card, the card number, the expiry date (month and year) of the card, the security code (verifying the authenticity of the card) imprinted in the appropriate space of the card reserved for the signature of the holder (CVV / VISA or CVC / MC), in order to check the validity of the cards and safely carry out the transaction.
We do not store the data inserted by you in relation to the number of the card or the card security code verifying the authenticity of the card (for example CVV/VISA or CVC/MC). The service provider controls the data inserted and informs electronically, for the approval or the rejection of the transaction. Once the details are entered the amount of the purchase will be debited.
In case a transaction is rejected, irrespectively of the reason of the rejection (which could be for example default on overdraft, failure of the system of the payment service provider or of the Bank issuing the card) the order will be cancelled.
Lito LP reserves the right to check the validity of the card used, the cards’ status in relation to the order value and reserves the right to refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
Invoices will be sent to the e-mail that you have indicated at the registration process // the invoice will be sent in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail. For that reason, please make sure that you have registered your current e-mail.
You have the right to return the product within fourteen calendar days after receipt of the product. In order to return the products, you will have to fill in the form which has been delivered to you with the product. You are responsible, for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You are advised to choose a safe method of return of the products such as a courier company.
For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx and purchasing shipping insurance. Please insure your parcel.

We are happy to organize the return shipment for you. You will find enclosed the return labels of our cooperating courier. The cost will be subtracted from your refund. For any further assistance, please respond to the firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail.
If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided by us, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping fees.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import and export taxes or customs duties that may incur, LITO LP will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by LITO LP. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
In case Lito LP does not receive the items, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
If the products ordered are «upon request», returns of such personalized products will not be accepted.
The products must not be damaged, altered, used, worn, washed and they must be returned in their original packaging along with all other documents, if any, accompanying such products. Damaged products shall not be accepted and no reimbursement shall be made

After the products have been returned, we shall check that the products are returned in the same condition sent by Lito LP. Lito LP shall send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products and shall refund amounts already paid as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days at the latest from day the returned products have been received and return has been accepted. With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case. It is only a matter of days to our logistics team to process your package. After having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with, we will promptly start the refund procedure. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.
If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit.
Lito LP is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros. Bank charges are not refundable.
In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid to Lito LP; nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to Lito LP. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to Lito LP, Lito LP shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the amount already received.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse
You may cancel the order within 24 hours that you have placed under the condition that the order has not been executed yet. If you wish to cancel the order you will have to contact Lito LP by either sending an email to Lito LP at the following address email@example.com or calling at the number +30 210 3219749 during working hours (Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm Greek time). If the order has not been processed yet, no charges will apply for cancelling the order.
Lito LP reserves the right to cancel the order for reasons of force majeure or other reason that may occur in relation to the Buyer such as inability to pay the amount owed, false delivery address, or other reasons which refer to the internal operation of Lito LP such as withdrawal of specific products, product shortage.
LITO products are created with great care, our products are send to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that a product has a defect, LITO will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. In case you would like to request the repair or replacement of the jewelry bought, please return the piece of jewelry, along with the proof of purchase, for evaluation to the following address 1, Karori street, 105 51 Athens. The warranty offered on LITO products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights. The warranty includes a free repair of the product for damage caused by normal use. It does not include however, damages related to improper handling, force majeure or other factors. Repair requests submitted after 12 months of purchase are subject to material and labor fees. The warranty does not apply if the product is repaired by a non-authorized technician. We are happy to repair, adjust, or clean your LITO LP jewelry if needed. Depending on the situation, there may be a fee connected with this service. For elective repairs such as resizing or chain lengthening, fees will apply. The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to and from the place of repair
The Parties have agreed to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
The content provided through the present Website cannot be considered as advice, encouragement, suggestion, instruction or guidance to the users to act or to omit. It is at the discretion of the users to act at their own will discharging Lito LP from being liable, as defined above.
11. JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
The present Terms and Conditions of Sale and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the Courts of Athens are competent as regards any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
